John McGraw was very professional and helpful last week when I was at dealership I was talking to John about a couple of small issues with the car. Today I took my new ( used) car in for service. I can’t remember the name of the woman who was running the service desk. Maybe Lisa? Not sure. Anyway she did a great job checking me in and out, and showed me the way to the service lounge.
