I have a mixed experience with this dealership. The sales department was top notch (5*) and the finance department equally awesome (5*). It was a smooth process and no-games. Now not their fault but the whole Honda-We-Dont-Know-When-The-Car-Gets-Here is really annoying and stressful but that is really Honda's fault and not the dealerships. So why 2* you asking? Well I specifically instructed them not to put holes in the front bumper of the car I bought and had it in multiple writings. Even the day I picked it up, I reiterate multiple times not to drill holes in the front bumper - when I arrived .. guess what .. holes in the front bumper. Now Honda has a hook ups on the bottom to avoid that scenario (I know that for a fact) but they had to put their 3D special advertisement plate on it. It's really big deal for me as I like to keep the esthetic especially of a 60k car in-tact. Well I had to settle with Bumper-plugs which are ok but still doesn't look right. Yeah respect the customers wishes especially if he/she drops 60k on you! More
To start off with, Sonny Cao sales manager was very kind and helpful showing us different cars & made sure he met our budget goal. Within having the car for 3 days a tire popped & we took the car to the dea and helpful showing us different cars & made sure he met our budget goal. Within having the car for 3 days a tire popped & we took the car to the dealer & spoke to Sonny about it. He made sure we got that tire replaced at no cost. On the other hand, Kristy there finance person was very negative towards the tire replacement. She made us feel like it was our fault. She did not explain that the tires were not included in the warranty. In conclusion, I recommend going with Sonny Cao for car assistant. More
The WORST experience I have had purchasing more then 15 vehicles in the last 30 years!!! DO NOT TRUST these people. I received an out the door written price from Montserrat before driving here for a vehicle to arrive in 2 weeks. Arriving one hour later, Tony attempted to sell me an upgraded vehicle. When I told them I did not want the upgraded vehicle the manager told me the car I wanted was sold (yeah right within an hour and providing no proof) and that they could not order the standard hybrid I wanted. AWFUL!!! More
I was a little early to my appointment but I was attended to by a young man that paid very little attention to me. I was alone for most of my visit. In the end I decided that I just could not afford the car to by a young man that paid very little attention to me. I was alone for most of my visit. In the end I decided that I just could not afford the car I was looking g at and decided that I would wait a few months so I would be in a better position to afford a new car. That's when the hard sell xxxx started. First, I was alone for 15 minutes and I had to walk through a group of dealers to get to my car and I said I had to give it some time and they lit into me. "You came here knowing your situation!" Just totally embarrassing me and belittling me. By the time I got to my car, I was very, very angry and embarrassed. Even though I was approved for a car, I doubt very seriously I will ever go back there. More

I leased a car on October 27 2021. My salesman was Dan Ho and the finance manager that helped me was Hieu Tran. Usually I deal with Martha Kitzmiller however she retired. When Dan greeted me he was very kind and the finance manager that helped me was Hieu Tran. Usually I deal with Martha Kitzmiller however she retired. When Dan greeted me he was very kind. I was looking for a Honda accord 2021 sport, they had the perfect one on the lot for me. Mind you this will be my 7th car I have leased from this dealership and I’ve always had good things to say until this time… I was told by the salesman that I would get 12,000 miles a year leasing this vehicle and the monthly payment sounded right so I went into finance to buy the car. The finance manager Hieu Tran wrote up the contract and presented it to me. When he was going over it, he told me that it’s only 10,000 miles a year which I should have been told that by the salesman but I was set on the car and they apologized and said oh don’t worry about it when you re-lease you won’t have to worry about mileage.(??) That’s the first wrong doing. I was also told that my down payment would take care of my first months payment, tax, license, and registration. I had just made a payment on my previous car my Honda CRV October 19 So I figured OK that will be great they’ll pay my first payment which will be November 27 And my first payment to be made by me would be December 27.!! But NO…to my surprise my payment is due November 27th!! I have made several phone calls and left messages for the finance manager to discuss my being misled during this transaction. Mislead with the mileage that was stated to me and misled by the first payment month due which was stated to me. Sadly this will be the last Honda that I lease from Honda World due to their lack of explaining and taking advantage of their customers. I’m very dissatisfied as I haven’t even received any phone calls back after leaving numerous messages with Hieu Tran. I love my car which is the best thing that came out of this but not good customer service :-( From a very dissatisfied customer! More

I continued to ask for pricing before providing my phone number and was told E-PRICE is MSRP and also mentioned accessories package that was negotiable. NO MENTION OF MARK-UP. So I provided my number and was told Sonny, a floor manager would be in touch. Sonny got me to commit to an appointment time that same day, also did NOT MENTION MARK-UP. My partner and I drove 1.5 hours, had to wait 15 minutes, only be then told there was a $6,000 mark up and that "no one" was selling this vehicle or any Honda without mark-up. We immediately left and drove back home for a total waste of 3+ hours and a shady bait-and-switch. NO ONE APOLOGIZED at any point for the miscommunication while we were still at the dealership nor any follow up after. They didn't try to work with us to bring the mark up down, nothing. They just expected us to fork over an extra $6k because we were already there. By the way, SEVERAL Honda dealerships offered me fair and reasonable deals AT MSRP with NO MARK-UP. We were going back and forth with 2 dealerships at the end, both working with us and giving us price markdowns to win our business. Ultimately we went with the most trustworthy dealership and salesperson that was 100% upfront, honest, and transparent with us throughout the entire process. So when Westminster said "no one" is doing deals like that, it was a straight up lie. I knew it was a lie then and definitely know it now. I don't do business with people I don't trust. I will never do business with Westminster Honda and will actively not recommend them to others because of this experience. Going for short-term wins like a $6k mark-up gets you long-term loss for customer loyalty and reputation. More
