Very nice and helping people. Blake Beard, Dorottya Fellegi and the other guy who did paperwork (sorry I forgot his name, but I think Harry) are all nice and warm people. The only bitter experience was the first day we went looking for a car and chose one and got the estimate, and we tried a little negotiation in total amount, just a humble try from our side, and a guy came (not one of the three above) and said straight that it was not possible and we could go. I forgot his exact words but overall, his hasty remark to make us go was kind of rude. We understand that these days, car business is tough, but still a little bit of indirect words would still do the business with the same result as it did. Anyway, we love the car and we are happy.
