John C. help me with finding the right fit in a car for me. I have a beautiful 2013 blue Civic. My son also have a Civic 2015. And now my husband is the proud owner of a 2017 Civic. We are a full circle family of Civics and proud of them. I am totally jealous of my husband's car, but happy for him. As he is too! John, was a no pressure man when we were looking and took a lot of time with us and my husbands decision on what to purchase. He truly is a angel. We will continue to buy from this dealer. recent Visit My experience has always been good, the process of turning in one car to transition into another (this time more so than the last) just took much long My experience has always been good, the process of turning in one car to transition into another (this time more so than the last) just took much longer than I had anticipated 2 hours and much of it was spent waiting. The other disappointment for me was that I was asked to turn my car in early (which is not a problem) but when you say you are going to keep me at what I am currently paying or less, I expect just that, not to end up paying slightly more. A $17 monthly increase may not sound like a lot to some people, but in the course of the year it does add up ($204.00 to be exact). I am afraid that this is the beginning of a trend whereas my payments will continually rise, in which case I will be forced to drop the Platinum plan that I have become so fond of. More
