Raphael and Greg helped us understand and appreciate the features on the Honda Odyssey. We were floored by the price as it was much less than a previous dealer gave us. We were impressed by the cordial environment and low pressure. Greg made this an easy decision to buy with the right price from the best people. We will definitely return for our next vehicle. I will recommend Honda of Fort Worth to our friends and family. More

This was the second time I purchased a new car from Steve Hoffman and Honda of Fort Worth and the experience was just as smooth as the first time. The employees are very courteous and professional. I narrowe Hoffman and Honda of Fort Worth and the experience was just as smooth as the first time. The employees are very courteous and professional. I narrowed my choice down to Honda of Fort Worth and another Honda dealer with excellent reviews. Steve Hoffman offered a lower price on the vehicle we were looking for and more money for my trade in and saved me several thousand dollars. The vehicle we purchased was in transit and Steve kept me up to date on the arrival. I would highly recommend Steve to friends and family. I was impressed Luis Ortega in the Finance Dept. No stress or pressure to purchase extra services. Definitely the best and quickest experience I have ever had with a Finance Dept. Great overall experience and my wife was very impressed with how quickly we were in and out. More
I am tagging the service director because the employee I spoke to wouldn't give me her name or transfer me to anyone else for help. I consider that poor training and poor management. Here is my issue... spoke to wouldn't give me her name or transfer me to anyone else for help. I consider that poor training and poor management. Here is my issue... I purchased a battery at Honda Fort Worth in April 2019, but that battery failed in July 2021. I went back to the dealership and it was replaced for no charge. Today, I went to Honda of Weatherford (because it's closer to my home) and they informed me that my battery is bad and needed to be replaced. I left that location to go home and find my paperwork from my last replacement. I found my paperwork and checked the battery. It is labeled with the date 6/21 and a 100-month limited warranty. I called Honda of Fort Worth's service department about bringing it in for a replacement. I was informed that batteries only carry a 3-year, 36,000-mile warranty. My battery is within those parameters. However, they refused to honor the warranty stating that it is only good from the date of the original battery - April 2019. The girl on the phone also told me that the 100-mile warranty written on the battery doesn't mean anything at all. That "it is useless, I do not know why they put that on there." I suppose this is a warning on several levels: 1.) Honda brand batteries are garbage. My original battery, plus the two replacements only last approx. 28 months each. 2.) The warranties are deceptive. Why isn't the 3-year warranty valid from the installation date of the battery? Don't even get me started in the 100-month warranty scam. 3.) The service team is disrespectful and not helpful. She would not give me her name, refused to transfer me to anyone else, and hung up on me twice. During my original call then when I called back. Took my Honda pilot to get checked to service since i bought the extended warranty through them i wanted themselves to fix it, turns out that vehicle didn’t had leaks but needed freon and the charge to f bought the extended warranty through them i wanted themselves to fix it, turns out that vehicle didn’t had leaks but needed freon and the charge to fill it up it’s $425 just for a simple freon a ridiculos quote, when Ashton gave me an explanation about charge that it takes 2 hours to fill it up and the machine it’s $15,000 etc etc now the next thing is that if i choose not to do it the diagnostic is $365 so basically they put you in a situation where no matter what you have to do it, my review is to let everyone now how it works and it’s better to go elsewhere, i had to pay the $425, the extended warranty it’s a fish hook for you to bite it and keep you going there and they can charge you what they charge. I’ve bought 6 cars there and will definitely stop thanks to service. Please take your vehicle somewhere else and save your money because they will try to take every dollar out of you. More
Honda's salesman presented me with an offer in writing for a 2023 CR-V. The offer, after trade-in and cash down, was $615 month at 3.99% for 48 months. When we went to get the car a few weeks later (it wa for a 2023 CR-V. The offer, after trade-in and cash down, was $615 month at 3.99% for 48 months. When we went to get the car a few weeks later (it was in transit when we made the deal), the finance man tried selling me various overpriced maintenance agreements, which I turned down. He finally told me he could offer just windshield and key fob coverage for only $5 month extra. I agreed and told him to print it up. I then made the mistake of trusting Honda, and their Finance man and didn't go over the details of the several pages we were told to sign and initial. The only figure I saw was the $620 per month that we had just agreed to. I found out a week later, from Honda Finance, that he had actually added on over $5200 of maintenance agreements that I had specifically turned down. He also jacked up the interest rate from what I had already been offered and had agreed to. He also changed the terms from 48 months to 60 months. That was just the beginning of a month long nightmare of phone calls, trying to cancel maintenance agreements I never agreed to in the first place, and trying to get an explanation for what they did to me. I got hold of the finance man once. When I asked him why he had changed the terms from 48 to 60 months, he just said he didn't know how that happened. When I asked if he was going to fix the interest rate to what we had agreed to, he said there was nothing he could do about that now. When I asked why he had added on $5200 of maintenance agreements that he knew I had specifically turned down, he went mute. Nothing. Several emails and voice messages to various people at Honda of Ft. Worth were ignored. Only the salesman would respond. He passed my concerns and complaints on to his boss and to the finance department, who did nothing. I did finally get two voice messages from the finance manager 19 days after I first complained who said he wanted to discuss the situation. I left him voice messages twice but never heard back. If you want more details, just read my lengthy review on Google reviews, or Yelp, etc. More
We bought a SUV Honda of ft worth and a few days later the transmission we out. We had bought a warranty.do we took it back and they said they would replace the transmission. They have had our vehicle thr the transmission we out. We had bought a warranty.do we took it back and they said they would replace the transmission. They have had our vehicle three weeks. On their website it says they offer free courtesy car. On their advertisement it says they offer free courtesy cars. Well we have ask for one almost everyday.for three weeks not one day have they provided one. We have had to cancel Dr. Visits. I couldn't go to my friend's funeral. It has been a real inconvience to us. And today I still didn't get our vehicle back. And still no courtesy vehicle. I think it is wrong for them to advertise that they offer free courtesy vehicle. And not do it. I am very disappointed In Honda of Ft worth . I would never buy from them again They have caused us a big inconvience. Kathy Marchman More
Finance man added on over $5000 worth of maintenance agreements that I had specifically declined, then raised the interest rate and extended the loan by 12 months, all without my knowledge or permission agreements that I had specifically declined, then raised the interest rate and extended the loan by 12 months, all without my knowledge or permission. Then they were of no help in correcting their own errors. I would never deal with these people again. More
