Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Honda of Fort Worth. I purchased an Acura MDX used from them in March 2022 and it has given me issues since the day I purchased it including: suspension issues, a bad pow I purchased an Acura MDX used from them in March 2022 and it has given me issues since the day I purchased it including: suspension issues, a bad power steering pump, and disconcerting engine performance during acceleration. The salesperson informed me when I purchased the car that the dealer put $2,500 into reconditioning the vehicle, which was patently false based upon how much of a lemon this car has been to date. Stay well clear of this dealership as they are not trustworthy. More

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We purchased a used vehicle a week ago. NEVER AGAIN will I go here, and I highly recommend you find another dealership. We were p !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We purchased a used vehicle a week ago. NEVER AGAIN will I go here, and I highly recommend you find another dealership. We were presented with the "Low Jack", NOT an option feature, that they tried to make sound good, something I will never activate or use, but in the end cost $1,055. On TOP of this issue, we went to finalize the paperwork in the New Car department, I believe "Ben" assisted us. He presented some additional service agreement options, to which I CLEARLY declined the bronze package. He proceeded to put the Bronze package on our agreement. He then kept talking about his kids and his family to distract us and kept shoving papers in our face to sign, sign, sign. By this time we had been there almost 5 hours so we did not read everything in full (bad mistake). We were not given copies of anything that day (sat) but when we went to pick up the car Monday, we asked for copies. I went home to discover 1. He added the bronze package for $356.00 2. The "Low Jack" aka Theft Limited Warranty was $1,055!!!! I spent the last week on the phone with the 3rd party and the dealership trying to cancel this. Jake Johnson SAID IT'S NOT AN OPTION. This is something I will not even activate but cost me $1,055!!!! According to Texas DTPA, this is an option. VERY disappointing as this was my 22 year old son's first car purchase. I highly recommend READING EVERYTHING, QUESTIONING THEM ABOUT EVERYTHING. ULTIMATELY SHOPPING SOMEWHERE ELSE. More

Bad experience with dishonesty in the end. I found a car I wanted to trade for and received a verified offer from the dealer after submitting several pictures, mileage, vin, etc. Completed credit applicatio I wanted to trade for and received a verified offer from the dealer after submitting several pictures, mileage, vin, etc. Completed credit application which I was approved for instantly but when they contacted me, in a nutshell they said they actually couldn't approve me because they were offering 2700$ less than what they originally quoted. NOT A SMALL NUMBER. This wasn't a simple few dollars or even a few hundred. Not even close to their offer. Simply dishonest and not ethical. If you don't honor your own website how can anyone trust you? More
