"Poor service department"

I had my Odyssey in for service yesterday. Based on the "multi-point inspection" it was recommended that a number of things be done that had been by another service provider within the last six months or less. For example, the transmission fluid and the power steering fluid was flushed/replace 6 months/2000 miles ago. The the transmission fluid is still bright pink and looks like it came right out the bottle. I declined. They also said I needed new wiper blades. New Goodyear Assurance wiper blades were installed 3 months ago and the car has been in a garage out of the elements. Seemed strange, but I authorized the replacement over the phone and requested that the old blades be returned to me. They were not returned, and I had to go back to retrieve them, minus one of the connectors. The "old blades were in like-new condition and far better the the flimsy ones that replaced them.

"Bad experience "

The place looks amazing and people are overall nice but they ripe me off. I went in for service told them what was going on with my car and the made the inspection came back and told me it was the battery I needed a new oil change and filters. I agreed to getting it done because I absolutely know nothing about cars it's been 3 days and I'm still having problems with the reason I went there in the first place I absolutely do not trust them and will not be going back get lied to again!

"Bad and then got worse"

Went in for recall, oil change and battery check, 4 hours later, nothing is done till I complained. I arrived at 1:30, did not leave till 7pm. Battery supposedly was fine after two dianostics, I refused to pay for second one. I was told battery was fine, recalls were done, oil changed. Car was recharged. I am on the road, notice radio also wasnt fixed as asked three imes. Four days later, same battery issue, take it back after major complaining and had to deal with Joe. He has a friendly attitude but is a snake. Now I'm told after getting a loaner car that I need a new battery, why wasnt I told that last week? Im also wonsdering if recall work was done as airbag area didnt look like itt had been touched.Radio still wasnt fixed and idiot Joe has my valet key and locks himself out of my car, calls me three times wanting me to come down at 9pm to unlock car. No, I'll be there in the morning. I get there in the morning asking for recharge to get home as they're not capable of fixing the battery, car is cold , covered in snow, not recharged. I asked Mr. Joe to at least recharge so I wouldn't stall on the way home, he didnt give a damn whether I got home safe or not. Joe also thinks everything is funny, ha,ha jokes on me but thank god, I got home. Will never step foot in Kenosha Honda again.

"Great customer service!"

Took my car there to get a second opinion after I got a terrible experience with an awful service dealer in Elmhurst,IL. Got it fixed without any problems...it was a wheel bearing,not like previous dealer told me that is my tires and I need to buy a new ones... Joe Valente took of me that day and when I will go there for another service, I will ask for him! Thank you Honda in Kenosha! Keep up your good work!

I've asked you to please stop sending me e-mails, regular mail and phone calls.Yet you continue to do so. I will never come back to you for service or otherwise, I do not want to be associated with your dealership. You changed the oil on my wifes car and never fully secured the hood, guess what, it opened on the highway, obviously you hire incompetent idiots. You have also harassed and badgered her about service items that weren't required or due.

"Lying crooks "

Took my car In for service. Mechanic said I needed brakes. Took car to get a second opinion at another brake shop in town (Pauls Bender Center) they inspected and told me I still had over 50% life left in my brake pads. WILL NEVER GO HERE EVER AGAIN!!!

"Service department - Price Gouging"

Terrible experience with the service department. These folks charge up to 140% ABOVE the published "Honda" retail price for the parts used in service. In my opinion, this is price gouging at its worst. I can only wonder how much they may be inflating their labor charges. I bought 2 new Honda Fits, at the same time, from this dealer, and thought they ran a customer-focused business, including the service department. I'm incredibly disappointed. We are in the market to replace the 2 Honda Fits and now will seek out another dealer.
