I was treated respectfully when I bought my car. The next day, I had a tire pressure indicator light come on. When I brought the car back, they apologized for the problem and the service department gave me a day, I had a tire pressure indicator light come on. The service tech correctly diagnosed the problem but what really impressed me were his final comments. He offered to give me a free rental car if the problem reoccurred, so that they could have enough time to figure out the problem without inconveniencing me. I did not have the problem reoocur but really appreciated that way that everyone treated me. More
