Poor customer service I had nan appointment to buy a vehicle and they sold it to a walk in 30minutes before my appointment. We had offered a deposit the previous day, but I had nan appointment to buy a vehicle and they sold it to a walk in 30minutes before my appointment. We had offered a deposit the previous day, but this dealer doesn’t do that. I had to arrange for my son to get off work early and drive an hour because I was buying this car for him. The appointment should have secured the vehicle for me. So, if you make a verbal commitment, don’t depend on these people to give a flip. It’s all about the money, not customer service. The rating really should be a zero, but I don’t think it will let me do that More
