Bought a 2023 Honda HR-V after owning a 2008 Saturn Astra. I honestly felt that as a lone female buying a car, that I would be badgered into getting options that I didn't need. He was personable and professional. Everything was explained to me regarding options/extras. If I said that I didn't want something, he crossed it off the list. No pressure at all. The vibe at Honda of Toms River is a very positive one. It was a pleasure to meet the manager Billy Sherman, Jordan's father, and some other employees. Overall it was the best experience I've had ever, in buying a car. More

Tom Scelfo my service advisor addressed my car’s tech issue with knowledge of the problem and was extremely courteous. The issue was easily resolved. Took my car for oil change and tire rotation and it took a little longer than expected (just about 2 hrs). They ended up doing brake flush too. Bill came to approx $370 with over $200 being labor.
