Good afternoon Sergio. I just was alerted to your review. Khalid has been with HOTA for a long, long time. He is absolutely one of our finest employees. I have a feeling that he may have seen the vehicles in stock on our computer inventory. When a vehicle is sold, it takes several days to be deleted from our system as it has to clear finance, the office, and our CRM. We apologize for the inconvenience. You mentioned that you came to the dealership and had to wait. Did you have an appointment with Khalid to see the vehicles? The reason I ask is that if you did, he would have likely gone outside and "put his hands on the vehicles" first....make sure the cars were in stock. We sell a couple hundred vehicles or more a month. Please understand that I am not trying to make excuses as we would like to earn your business. If you have not purchased another vehicle...lets give it another try. I will personally ask our General Manager to make you a deal you cannot refuse. Have a nice day.
