Went above and beyond After oil & filter change ... had also requested they check out the noise that seemed to be coming from the rear of my CRV. They found nothing unusual or faulty ... but without me expecting any further investigation, the manager decided to take a new CRV from the lot and drive it to compare to mine. Above & Beyond !!
