I love the car we bought from them, but the discussion about pricing was backwards and not thoroughly explained. While the people were nice and felt genuine, the dealership itself needs work. Their music is entirely too loud and obnoxious with old speakers, and there were light fixtures that flickered on and off constantly. Please lower the music and choose something more soothing, and fix your lighting. I was in sensory overload by the end of the purchase, and my husband had to facilitate the rest of the paperwork. Also, I’ve received several of these emails asking for a review, and I did not want to do it and yet continued to receive them. Catch the hint when they don’t reply the first couple times, don’t bombard people’s email with a stupid review. More

It took 9 hours to complete a simple oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment at 8am and didn’t get my vehicle back until 5pm. One service advisor, no service manager, 2 service techs. They didn’t do the tire rotation and yet I was charged for it. I never received the GM or military discount.
