This was a very good experience. When you think of Dealerships being a hard sell Horne Mazda was not that. Jay was then best to work with explained everything to us. Third visit back for an ongoing issue as well as a tire replacement. Problem still not solved for my issue having to do with safety. Was quoted a wait time of an hour to an hour and a half and waited well replacement. Problem still not solved for my issue having to do with safety. Was quoted a wait time of an hour to an hour and a half and waited well over three hours. I have a new tire, but safety issue still ongoing and it’s concerning it’s not taken more seriously. Was recommended that I change my battery to stop my car from turning on brake assist which is causing my cars brakes to lock up in unusual instances where it’s not necessary. Note: I was told on multiple occasions my tire was under warranty for three years. Purchased March of 2021, but was told I no longer was eligible to use warranty as it had been over one year. So I had to pay for a new tire. More

Maria was very friendly and understood my concern. She was easy to work with. I was a little surprised that I had to contact the service desk 5 minutes before closing for the weekend because no one co She was easy to work with. I was a little surprised that I had to contact the service desk 5 minutes before closing for the weekend because no one contacted me to update me on my car. I have to wonder if I would have even been given an update if I hadn’t called. I was disappointed to have to bring my car back a second time after the mechanics couldn’t duplicate the issue the first time. I even supplied a video showing the issue. The issue happened repeatedly and constantly so I found it frustrating that they had a hard time replicating it. They were able to identify and claim to have fixed the issue after bringing the car back a second time. More
