Don at Hoselton was awesome! !! Completely honest and so easy to work with, right from the start; he kept us informed every week! It was a real pleasure to work with him and Hosel !! He even gave us a full "tour" of the workings of our new car. Don could not have been better! The only bad thing has nothing to do with Hoselton -- Toyota only sent one key due to a chip shortage, so we can't really take the car on any trip that involves garage parking, like NYC, where we often go. I hope this doesn't fall through the cracks at Toyota because we're not able to fully use the car yet. More
