The service department at Freedom has been hit or miss for the last ten years. After a simple oil change today and the "multi-point" inspection, I decided to check the filter myself when I got home after for the last ten years. I had my car in for a check before a long trip and they said it was good to go. Upon my return I noticed that it was several 1000 miles over the oil change and I was having coolant issues with it. UPDATE: Finally got a call this morning after posting this with update and fix, that is all I wanted and needed, but seriously Freedom, step it up. I have been a customer for 15+ years, you have big shoe this with update and fix, that is all I wanted and needed, but seriously Freedom, step it up. I have been a customer for 15+ years, you have big shoes to fill taking over from Hoyte and this is the second time in a year you have dropped the ball since I made this Jeep purchase. This should not have taken 4 days, but I do sincerely thank you for getting this fixed and I will try with you again in the future and hope for the best. Dropped my 2021 Jeep off the morning of 5/22 (driver door panel not working), now 4 days later and no idea when I'm getting my Jeep back. I have received no communication from the Service Dept. I've called the last 2 days to get some sort of update, only to receive an "umm, oil and tires done, but no notes on door panel". Yesterday, I was to get a call back from Clay after he would talk to the tech and no call back of course. This is a RHD mail jeep and I have now been out of work for a 3rd day. PLEASE, FIX MY JEEP. I should not have to submit a one star review to get something done, but for the second time in a year, that seems to be the only remedy to get someone to pay attention. More
