Scott responded to my voicemail early the next morning. He was very easy to work with, and we got all of the details worked out over the phone. This was important, since Hubler Acura is located in the Indianapolis area, and I live in the Columbus area, a state away. That weekend we made arrangements for me to head that way and finish the sale. They had my vehicle on the showroom floor, looking great (even though it was a used car) - which showed a lot of class, in my opinion. Things went great when we were there - they gave me a fair to good price on my trade in and, perhaps more importantly, they didn't try any "funny business" when I got there (e.g., trying to up the price on the vehicle or something that other dealerships do). Bottom line, they stood by their word, they treated my wife and I with an incredible amount of respect, they were professional and classy, and they made my vehicle purchasing experience a good one. I would not hesitate to buy from them again and, in fact, despite them being a state away, I've asked Scott to be on the lookout for another car I want. That I am looking to do business with them again is perhaps the best endorsement of them I can give.
