My husband and I have always bought Toyota vehicles. Whether you are looking to purchase a new vehicle or a used Toyota you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend Edwar Guzman (Salesman) and Joey Bermudez (Financial Expert). They are willing to work with you on all levels including, but not to be limited to: vehicle questions, budget concerns, car insurance, vehicle specs, warranties,etc. I can honestly say that as a combination this the best customer service that I have ever experienced. This is extremely important especially during a time period where there is a lack of customer service. I would never go to anyone else because Mr. Guzman and Mr. Bermudez cease to amaze and impress me. More

I now drive a beautiful 2011 Corolla and hope to return to Hudson when it is time to return my 3-year leased car and drive home with another one in 2014. This is by far the worst car buying experience. I initially contacted this dealer regarding a Honda CR-V. Shelley, the internet sales person, scheduled a test drive for me. From that moment on, in the next couple of days (new year's eve and Jan 1st), I got about 10 calls or so -reminding me of the appointment. When I finally went in on Jan 2nd, there was no Juan García, but Joseline. She seemed not to know the CRV. We first walked around the lot for 15 minutes (30 degrees outside). We then drove around and never found the cars. She didn't even give me other options. We spent about 45 minutes going around the lot and she found nothing to show me -not even an option! I obviously left. Bought the car 2 hrs later at a dealership in Brooklyn. Thanks for wasting my time Hudson Toyota. More
