Cesar was patient with me although I took quite a bit of time (almost a year) deciding on when to purchase my vehicle. Once I finally made my purchase, Cesar stayed with me for hours after the dealership closed until almost midnight while my new vehicle was prepped and detailed to take home! I would purchase another car from this dealership. Since I live out of state, I can't come in for regular service, but will stop by if possible when in the area. I came to Hudson Toyota to trade in my sequoia for a new truck. I felt i got a very fair trade in value. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and pleasant to deal with especially my salesman Qualzam and truck. I felt i got a very fair trade in value. They even gave my young son a hot cocoa that he is still talking about. As a woman alone, I was unsure of what to expect when buying a car. This experience was better than anything i would have hoped for. They did not let me leave the dealership until I knew how to use all of the features in the car and they even set my navigation system to my home address. When its time for me to buy a car next year for my oldest son I am definitely going back to Hudson toyota. More

Michael Bulwin was a thoroughly professional sales person. He understood used cars, showed us every car on the lot and even drove a couple of them to the front of the dealership for us. Michael listened to what we wanted, how much we were willing to pay for a car, was very courtieous, and reviewed all of the issues with us. None of the other associates at the dealership even wanted to speak to us. My wife Ruth and I would have walked out of that dealership had it not been for Michael Bulwin.
