"Jeep Issues"

This was our first experience with HVJeep. Long story short, our Trailhawk had its dash light up with so many failures we didn't know what to do. The dealership we purchased the vehicle (new) from couldn't get us in till next week! Called here and had an appointment in a day. Brought it in and Bryon listened to every word we had to say and discussed our issues with us, so we could understand it and quoted us what the diagnostic fee would be and we agreed. Even told us that there was a recall on the car and they would handle that as well! Called us a few hours later and the service center found the issue and told us what it would cost to fix and said the part would be ordered and we would have it the next day. We had it by noon!!! Price was what he quoted!!! No hidden charges no worries. This place is really awesome. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They have themselves a new customer. THANK YOU HUDSON VALLEY JEEP

I cannot say how much I'm satisfied and happy with HVCJD. Diana Hocutt being the first person I dealt with there and cannot say enough good things about her but my second experience there was great also. John Esposito, Assistant Service Manager, was fantastic. My car had an unexpected issue when I took it in for a recall check and I was devastated at what came next. John understood how upset I was and really did what he could to make the hit not so devastating. They really take care of their customers. He even put my mind at ease by checking on work I had just had done elsewhere to confirm they actually did the work and didn't scam me. I left there at ease and VERY grateful. I highly recommend HVCJD and I will now make sure it's there that I go for anything done on my car.

"Excellent service and reasonable price"

Recently, I had to replace all 4 tires, brake pads, and rotors on my Ford Fusion. Even though its not the make that the dealership sells, they serviced it without a problem. I have had problems with replacement tires in the past, and the parts department was extremely helpful in making sure that I had the right options and helped to compare cost and performance so I could make an informed decision. All in all, the whole team was very knowledgable, and completed the service in just a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend them.

"Waste of my time"

Dropped my truck off at 8:30 am for my appointment to do a recall. I told the service agent I need it by 1:00pm to go to a doctors appointment she said ok. Called a 12:00 to make sure it was going to be done a different agent said he would relay the message to my agent. I never got a call back so I assumed it would be done. When I arrived at 1:00 they never even look at it yet. Such a waste of my time. 😡And I bought a $65,000 truck from them.

"Ongoing 3 month repair! Just want my truck back"

3 months of attempting to fix my truck as well as 7 attempts to give it back to me just to bring it in the same or next day from fluids pouring out, burning smells like rubber, and now my truck is making a very high pitched sound as I accelerate like the power steering pump or alternator is dying since I picked it up today and to top it off I get out of my truck after being on the phone for 5 mins to a huge puddle of what I believe is antifreeze. Most of the service tech's there look like they are 18-20 years old. Tried to call today to once again resolve issue to only get hung up on 3 times or the phone just rings and rings with no answer. Far from a professional business. I am now letting Chrysler Corporate handle the matter. Since I reached out to corporate they too can not get anyone to answer their phone calls. It's a circus and a waste of my time as I need my truck for work as I'm a contractor. 3 months and still at square 1. After this I contact NYS licensing.

"Very friendly- helpful- resourceful staff "

I contacted service department to get a quote on tires. I didn't know the tire size or car VIN# or anything that I needed to know in order for me to get a quote. However, Alexis was extremely patient with me. She patiently waited while obtained needed information and did not get frustrated with me nor did she treat me like an idiot even when I gave her incorrect info at one point. She was efficient and got back to me in a timely manner. Very friendly, respectful and resourceful young lady!

"not the service i expect from a dealer "

i sent my ex-wife (YES we still get along and sometimes she asks for recommendations on repairs)in on 3/17/17 for 3 services, a tire rotation, a SYNTHETIC oil change which she had a Chrysler oil change contract and a transmission fluid AND FILTER replacement,at the write up the writer couldn't seem to figure out how to retrieve the contract even though she told him it was still under her old married name, and had to give the write up to anther writer, after several hours there for 3 relatively quick routine services she was presented the bill which was higher than the original quote having to get to work she paid and when she had time to review it she noticed they CHARGED her full price for the oil change and DIDN'T use the REQUESTED SYNTHETIC OIL, this car has ALWAYS used synthetic oil and she is now hesitant about having regular oil used , she also noticed there was 12 quarts of trans fluid and a transmission "flush" kit but NO sealer or fluid billed out (i have had plenty of mopar's over my live and plenty of services so i know what should be billed on each service) this car has to last and she performs all necessary maintenance at a dealer,and expected the fluid AND filter to be replaced as requested NOT a transmission "flush" which is NOT recommended in the owners manual, she called and asked what happened they REFUSED to make it correct saying the oil was a "blend" yes the oil this engine takes (5w20) can be bought in blend synthetic OR straight mineral but she specifically requested the service contract she paid for to be used with the SYNTHETIC oil change upgrade, i have no idea who the manager is BUT as a first time customer this was DEFINITELY NOT the service that was expected from a dealer she will be returning to a dealer farther from home BUT honest, and willing to do the maintenance requested
