The finance Manager, Susan should not have a job. She was the rudest woman I have ever dealt with.... I Chose to not purchase a vehicle after having gone through paperwork with her because it seemed She was the rudest woman I have ever dealt with.... I Chose to not purchase a vehicle after having gone through paperwork with her because it seemed there just wasn't something right there was constant issues. When I went back, I asked for my deposit back. She tried to tell me I wasn't gonna get it back. She was so rude and ignorant. I had to demand my money back and threatened to call the police and the owner of the establishment before she would budge, and when she did, she tossed the check at me and laughed at me. The only good thing about that dealership was the really nice gentleman that I worked with Bronson.... He should go work somewhere else I wouldn't want to be associated with those people!!!! More
