Customer Service Excellence Frog was one of the best car sales guy I have worked with. I was in the market for a compact SUV and has done my research before I test drove. My first stop was OC Mazda and was greeted right away by Frog who was cheery and answered all my questions before we test drove the Mazda CX-5. He knew his stuff and gave me the run down of pricing etc even though he knew I wasn’t buying that night. He followed up the next day and after test driving 3 other cars I decided to go with the Mazda. I went in Sunday and he was busy but still let me submit my app. I spoke with Bob the finance guy and he was super helpful and said he would work hard to meet my requests. Monday I was all clear and made an appointment to pick up my car and sign docs with Louis who was so friendly and helpful. I was in and out in under an hour.
