"Created additional issues"

Went in for replacing a tire on my CRV EXL. TPMS light keeps switching on. Had to go in three times ( get out of work to go there) and not fixed. Every time, they reset it and TMPS light goes after driving few miles. They never able to address the issue. Not happy with the service. They are blaming in new technology rather than their handling of it or replace the TPMS parts ( if they damaged it while replacing tire). I would not trust if they are not able to address TPMS issues. This would be my last time there.

We purchased a pre-owner vehicle about 3 years ago. I feel compelled to write about the superior service department and my experiences with Andy. Every time we bring our vehicle there, whether it’s for an oil change, inspection, or a more serious issue, we are always greeted with a friendly smile and treated as if I am the most important customer there. He always seems to go above and beyond to help us out and it’s he makes every attempt to make things convenient for us. Thank you, Andy!!!

I've been coming here to service my car for years and just recently met Victoria. I don't know much about cars so she always makes a point to break everything down for me. Most service departments will just tell you what you need and give you a price, but Victoria always lets me know exactly what's going on. So I really appreciate her customer service.

"Stay away from this service center "

2018 odyssey with 6k miles was on recall for power sliding doors! Brought it and Michael Canale was the service advisor for the call. First time I picked up the car right side door was making an annoying noise while driving since the opened to replace the switch and noticed the shade was wrinkled as well! They tried to blame me for it although it happened when they opened the door panel. Shade had to be ordered and they told me the nois was do to hot wheels from my kids although I know it wasn’t as I sweeped the car to make sure that wasn’t the case. Shade replacement came in and mentioned the noise as well he told me not to worry as they needed to open the panel anyway and they will tight anything that was lose in the door. Picked up the car and 5miles driving the noise back again!!! Pulled out the exit and lowered the shade as it was up when it was replaced. Back in the highway same thing, pulled out to rise the shade and the shade spring or something broke! Next morning dropped it off and Michael calmed that my kids probably were to rough on the shade and it broke! I was furious as I don’t even had time to see my kids as I drove on Friday afternoon from the city 2 15min to get there 6:50pm and arrived back to the garage at 9:20 pm and headed back to their shop 6:40am regardless they needed to order a new shade but the noise wasn’t there when we did a very short drive. Something most have been done while they opened the panel for the shade to show me the piece that was broken. Sure enough 5miles ito driving the same noise all the way to the city parked in the garage until I went back two Saturdays after. Saw Michael and I insisted to have a test drive for him to hear the noise even so I had videos recoding while driving to the shop each time and the same story no worries as we need to open the panel and we take care anything that might be lose. I suspect there might be a broken clip or something I told him anyway the time to pick up the car he said they didn’t hear the noise but they noticed a lose trim that could have made the noise with windows on driveing. I will be happy if the noise is gone and hopefully will see you next time for an oil change I replied! Drove the car back to the city and parked in the garage. No noise!! Two weeks later just took the odyssey for a ride and guess what?! The same noise again and the door rattles time to time!! All of this trips back and forth this is beyond frustration!! I chose this service as I purchased the car there on December 2018 and literally drove it. Michael Canale is a total scam or they are trained that way!!

Stay away from this dealership!!!! Absolute scam!!! After my car was towed to Huntington Honda for repair, I actually TOWED it from them to Millennium Honda (at my expense) and it was still 100's of dollars cheaper than what they wanted to charge me!!!! The price that John (service advisor) quoted me for repairs was twice as much as Millennium Honda charged me for the exactly the same service. They were also EXTREMELY rude when I complained about the price discrepancy and told me their rip off price would not change. You know the service SUCKS when you pay to tow your car all the way to Hempstead and still save 100's of dollars!! DONT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Poor, inadequate, rude and unreliable "

Extremely poor service not to mention unreliable. It took 3 weeks to get a part AND I had to call and remind the dealership about the part. They told me the part came in earlier but had to be reordered. It's second time it happened. Service consult vanishes for long periods of time. After an hour he brought me my keys and said I can leave. Except my car was nowhere to be found. After walking around for another 10 minutes and asking each mechanic, they found my vehicle behind mechanic's garage, where customers are not supposed to go
