Knowing that people are there to either lease, buy and trade in a Honda, Dennis takes time to negotiate with customers pointing out all options and listening to the customers needs, fears and concern. Although I've never waked away without leasing a car, one gets the sense he or she can walk away with dignity.. Dennis understands people. HE answers every question with truth and certainty. I myself was ready to buy out my 2012 accord to save money, however after listening to Dennis describe the 2015 Accord's technology and safety etc. I realized that the money wasn't core as there was more value in leasing the better car. In other words he enlightened my decision: money was one thing but getting the best value for my money was the turning point which changed my mind. And I walked away knowing I did the right thing thanks to Dennis' help. He is a great guy, goes beyond and above the average salesman! This, I believe, is due to his brilliant business mind, his wonderful smile and his willingness to do whatever it takes to satisfy customers. .
