They always take forever. They say I can wait for my car, but then it takes four or five hours. Very frustrating. I keep thinking about trading my car to a different dealer so They say I can wait for my car, but then it takes four or five hours. Very frustrating. Had 5 service attendants available. One was with a customer and the other 4 did not even acknowledge my presence when I walked in to get my car serviced. I waited for one of them to ack One was with a customer and the other 4 did not even acknowledge my presence when I walked in to get my car serviced. I waited for one of them to acknowledge for approximately 5 minutes. Finally, a new customer comes through the door when he gets acknowledged right away with no wait. So I spoke up and said I was standing there waiting first. That’s when one of the attendants finally decided to acknowledge me and take my car in for service. This is unacceptable especially when I see there are no customers and enough associates that can assist. More
