Called yesterday regarding coming in for an oil change, and they said just drive in and we will take care of you. Waited at the desk over 10 minutes, before being acknowledged by an associate passing by. Others sitting and staring at their computers, and the one that was helping a customer was busy upselling filters and flushes to an unsuspecting young disabled man. You should be ashamed!
Anyway, the kind young lady that finally asked me if I had been helped, said about an hour and a half to two hours for an oil change. Mine are supposed to be free for life, but when it takes up to two hours of my time, that's not free - it's about $200. Even though they are supposedly free, I'll be paying for my oil changes from now on in Cartersville - in and out in 25 minutes!
With a sales team that's top notch at customer service, how does ownership allow the service area to be so poorly managed? I'll probably buy elsewhere next time due to this service.
