As a long time Ford owner (22 years, 9 vehicles) I decided to go to Hyundai Sonata for a variety of reasons, price, looks, warranty and some dissatisfaction with my current Ford. I researched price and options on the internet and then went shopping with a list of Hyundai dealers and a full day ahead of expected negotiations. Went here 1st, was treated extremely well and while the car I was looking for was not in stock they found one at another dealer. I was not pressured into buying one that was in stock but had different options. We came to agreement on a price very quickly and then was given rebates and discounts ( military, 1st time buyer, financing, auto show ) which I was not aware of. Car came in, and I got a thorough lesson on all it's functions and before I left I was thanked by everyone I dealt with. I was very satisfied and would recommend this dealer to everyone. More

He told us later he has only been with the dealership for a couple of weeks. He was well informed and a great listener. We liked the fact that several people in the dealership offered to assist Jake with anything he needed. We are also impressed with how this group of people worked as a team. On the phone I was not impressed with Courtney as she just wanted to direct me to the internet and not give me information over the phone. She was argumentative and short with me. We had a set price in mind with some money to put down and a trade in and they were able to make things work to get to where we wanted to be. They were very nice and did not make me feel pressured, unlike other dealerships I had visited that same week.
