I had been contemplating (for some time now) leasing or purchasing a new car, but was unsure of what Make and Model was both pleasing to my eye AND would be affordable for me. At no time did I ever even DREAM that I would be looking at "expensive, luxury" cars like Infinity. Michael Durkin met us in the lot with a friendly smile and wave. He seemed genuinely happy to see us; like he had just spotted an old childhood friend he hadn't seen for years. From the time we stepped onto the lot to the time we drove away with my NEW INFINITY Q50, Michael Durkin treated us that way.....like a friend. He was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy at all. The entire experience was casual, jocular, and comfortable. This, hands down, was the best car buying experience we have ever had.
