After multiple errors and phone calls, I finally spoke to someone who was honest and shared with me that they are no longer an Infinite dealership. They are not legally allowed to do warranty repair work on your Infiniti dealership. So very sad things have deteriorated so much. Steer clear. More

Sold my private information Have used other Infiniti dealership before and have had excellent service. Took car in for standard oil change and reset seat controls. Was told that they needed my information to set up an account. Received a call requesting additional work that I approved. Within four hours started getting computerized calls to sell warranties, credit cards and the like to what was a secure cell number. Still getting computerized calls 4 to 5 a day. When I arrived at 5:30 no one could explain what work was completed and what was found. Seat control was not reset. Would not recommend. More

I love the brand and was loyal to the brand and dealership no more Upon turning in my last lease I received a bill in the mail for excess miles snd wear and tear Not true I informed the organization that I had time stamped pix if the vehicle from the day of drop off proving they were wrong. I never heard from them again. Clearly it was a scam Today I went in with an offer from Infiniti to buy out my lease and give me cash incentives on a new car There is only one salesperson we were told the others all quit she was pleasant but not terribly informed and called on the sales manager Mr Watt. He was fast talking deceitful and a perfect model of what ones thinks of in a tv ad about a cat salesman he gave me an offer that totally ignored the offer that corporate Infiniti made in writing and tried to get me to make a decision immediately I could go on but what is the point I will not return and I will move to another brand how sad that the new owners have given up class , professionalism and honesty More
