I Would Expect More From an Infiniti Dealer I'm in Florida searching QX80s for an internet purchase. I worked with Patryk. I checked price on a QX80 in inventory. It was about $4K above others t I'm in Florida searching QX80s for an internet purchase. I worked with Patryk. I checked price on a QX80 in inventory. It was about $4K above others that I've found equipped identically with same or higher MSRP. Therefore I decided to rule out the QX80 Patryk had. Patryk asked "what he could do on the QX80 to get my business." Normally, I interpret that as a willingness to work with a client on total OTD cost. So, I simply proposed that Patryk work on pricing to match the competition's position. His response is less than respectful: "Yeah David im sorry but thats not a fair offer to me. This vehicle had an $84k msrp it is fully fully loaded. its priced $20,000 below MSRP and its pretty much brand new. Motorwerks is a one price store we are non negotiable on all of our pre owned vehicles. We sell roughly 180 cars a month that way. Im sorry but maybe the ones that you are looking at do not have an $84k msrp since they range anywhere from $72k-$89k.I must be pretty well priced since you are reaching out from Florida. But my price is $64,987 and we are firm" If you are firm, then why did you reach out and ask what you could do? And the comment "I must be pretty well priced since you are reaching out from Florida." Well, that's just not nice. I would expect more from an Infiniti dealer. More
