Excellent service I purchased a new 2016 Qx50 in November at Pepe Infiniti, where I had purchased my previous Infiniti. The car had an annoying vibration when it went I purchased a new 2016 Qx50 in November at Pepe Infiniti, where I had purchased my previous Infiniti. The car had an annoying vibration when it went into idle at a stoplight. It also had a vibration in the steering wheel between 60-65mph. I returned to Pepe a month after purchase. The mechanic assigned to me, Fernando, took it out for a test drive and informed me that it was because I wasn't using premium fuel . When I told him I was, he said only Mobil or Shell premium would do ! What BS ! I brought the car to Lynbrook for 5000 mi service last week. Dave Irace listened to my story, promised to do all he could, gave a me a loaner too . The idle air volume was adjusted and all 4 tires needed balancing , the car drives like it should now. How Pepe prepped a car and delivered it with unbalanced tires is beyond me. So much for paying a "prep fee". More

(Dennis), to the Showroom Manager (Scott Gallo) and the Finance Manager (Marty) was extremely professional and courteous. Dennis allowed me to drive the car all the way to my wife's job for her to test drive it which was great. Also, the day we arrived to pick up the vehicle, the showroom crew washed and cleaned it. We noticed several scratches on the vehicle (from the previous owner) that we had not seen before. Scott arranged for the car to be painted at a very reputable body shop nearby. Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying an Infiniti in a non-rushed, non-pressurized environment. More

Yet the staff gave us a great deal and met our every need. They went that extra mile including coming to our home to make the home-link operate our garage door opener. We have owned an Infinity for the last 20 years, but the new Q 50 is a big upgrade with many new features. Our salesman, Joan Lopez, and the sales manager, Rafael Rodriguez, were just wonderful. They went out and got us a car with exactly what we wanted in it and explained how all the new features work. A wonderful car buying experience. More
