First Time Purchase I recently purchased a pre-owned Q50 from this dealership and was very impressed with the staff and process. Adam took me out for a test drive and he was extremely helpful, informative, and laid back. We quickly agreed on a price without the back and forth found at most other used car dealerships. Dallas walked me through all the technical gadgets in the Q and he was very knowledgeable and professional, as well. The only reason I gave my experience a "4" rather than a "5" star review was the wait - it took several hours to purchase the car. I purchased the vehicle on a busy Saturday and the finance department was understaffed that day. More
