Let the record note I'm an engineer and usually purchase the extended manual for any product and (actually read them). Claire arrived exactly on time (pre-arranged) and systematically explained/answered all my (numerous) questions. A great service and highly recommended. I went to Infiniti of Nashua to see about getting a new G37 and met Van as I was browsing the lot. As this was my initial visit and wasn't prepared to finalize a purchase, there was never any pressure. Van followed up with me during the week and when I was ready to buy Van and David found me the exact car I was interested in. We negotiated a great deal on the new car as well as a very fair trade in value. When I picked up the car Geoff walked me through the process, made sure I had no questions and made the transaction very easy. Van went over the car with me in as much detail as I needed and also brought me over to meet the service team. Overall this was one of the best car buying experiences I ever had. When I walked onto the lot at Infiniti of Nashua their sales person, Bai Chen, approached me with genuine enthusiasm and a big nervous smile. Bai Chen, it turned out was two days on the job, ruthlessly honest and straightforward, very easy to deal with, well-informed about the vehicles, flexible with my needs, effective in advocating for me with his management - in fact he even brought up the Kelly Blue Book Prices online so I could compare with what I was getting from Infiniti. I asked for a lower price for a couple of reasons and got it. I was treated courteously and with trust by Bai's manager, Ron Poirier, who met some quirky payment terms I wanted. Most crucially, when I called back a day later with a minor problem with the glove compartment ($400 cost) he did not even blink to agree to fix it, at my mechanic's shop sending the bill to Infiniti of Nashua. Going to a higher end dealership, like Infiniti, makes a big difference even if you buy a less expensive used vehicle. They're just used to dealing with professionals professionally and give you the space and support to make your decision easily and then back it up with service. More

I recently purchased a new M45 from Sean at Infiniti of Nashua. Sean and the dealer staff could not have been more courteous and helpful. I purchase multiple auto's per year for my business and have worked with many dealers. These guys were top notch in all categories. Sean was a consummate professional and was very knowledgeabe about the models he was selling. He was also knowledgeble about models from competing mfr's and had competitors brochures on hand for use in comparing details. This deal took almost a month to get done and never did I feel that Sean or his mgr's were growing frustrated with the process. The dealer did all of the registry running within one day of my purchase and Sean even took the time to set up my blue-tooth phone and some other technolgical goodies when I took delivery. This dealer also offers a rep that will come to your house and help with any questions/problems after you have taken delivery - a nice touch. I would not hesitate to refer this dealer to friends and if I enjoy the M45 as much as I think I will, I'd be happy to do business here again. TD More
