Consistently a positive and professional experience with the Schumacher team. While I do like to stay informed on the condition of my car and preventative maintenance needed this last visit it was a bit ex the Schumacher team. The Worst Experience with the Service Department. Avoid at All Costs! I recently had a nightmare experience with the service department while replacing tires on my Infiniti Q60RS. I specifically r Avoid at All Costs! I recently had a nightmare experience with the service department while replacing tires on my Infiniti Q60RS. I specifically requested tires with a manufacturing date of 2024 or at most late 2023. Instead, they installed old stock tires from mid-2022 meaning that the tires are already 2 years old while their lifespan (keeping proper traction) is only 4 years. The service advisor (and assistant manager) Anthony, was not only extremely rude but also blatantly dishonest. He had the nerve to tell me it was acceptable to install two-year-old tires on my car, claiming that new Infiniti cars often come with old tires from the factory. Seriously? Infiniti Consumer Affairs assured me that this was a lie as one would expect. Anthony gave me two ridiculous options: take the car with the old tires or leave it with them without any guarantee they'd get the correct tires. To top it off, they didn’t offer a loaner car until Infiniti Consumer Affairs forced their hand. Anthony’s condescending and unapologetic attitude was infuriating. He treated both me and the Consumer Affairs rep like we were beneath him. Like he doesn’t give a xxxx! To add insult to injury, they poorly installed the old tires, and one of them went flat before I even got home. I reached out to their COO, but unsurprisingly, nothing came of it. I expected top-notch service from an official Infiniti dealership, but what I got was worse than what you'd find at a shady discount tire outlet. Anthony acted more like a sleazy vendor at a bazaar than a professional service advisor. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from this dealership. I ended up buying brand new tires from another dealership at a better price. So, good luck trying to sell your old stock tires at full price. More
I went in for a typical oil change but turned out Danny let me know that there were a few things that needed to be updated that I pretty much had an idea already ( tires , brakes ) . I've had my 2020 QX50 for 4 years now which I purchased from the Miami area where my office is located. After 6 months of calls and visits to Coral Gables I decided to have Schumacher Infinity of the Palm Beaches service my vehicle this past weekend. Mr. Danny Solórzano went above and beyond in his thoroughness of completing that service. Repairs made on features that never worked from day one. I was so impressed that I intend to purchase all my vehicles moving forward from your Dealership--I anxiously am awaiting the QX80's release...My faith in Infinity is restored!! Thank you so much.
