I went in looking to order a 6 speed manual transmission HRV (EX) after another dealership in Rochester told me I had a great experience at Ide Honda. I went in looking to order a 6 speed manual transmission HRV (EX) after another dealership in Rochester told me that it could not be ordered, as they are not readily available. Ide was not only able to order it, they also provided me updates on the entire process. Brad was great and gave me every piece of information that he had on my car as soon as he had it. He was super friendly and I would definitely go back and work with him again. I absolutely love my new HRV! More
