Ide Honda

On 12/28/12, as I began to drive to work - which is 40 minutes from home, my steering wheel was shaking profusely. I turned the car around and headed to Dick Ide. When I arrived at the service area, Linda Freeman greeted me with a warm smile. Her friendliness, and knowledge of what could be wrong,(ice on tires)alleviated my initial concerns. After Linda took the time to test drive the car,(which turned out to be ice on the tires,)she stated that it would be a good idea for the car to be further inspected on the service lift. Linda's conscientiousness,and insights of the Accord's capabilities, helped to turn a negative situation into a positive one. Lastly, Linda further assisted my morning by ensuring that I left in a timely fashion, as my worksite is an hour away from the dealership. More
