"Amazing customer service"

Even though i know nothing about cars the salesmen help provide me with the information and honest thoughts about what would be the best fit for me. I spoke to sue to come in and give it a try and because of her i met with Trudie who was sues manger and helped get a new optima. This place is amazing!

"SPIDER WEB IN THE GAS TANK?"

My daughter took her 2014 KIA, SORENTO in for service as the 'check engine' light had come on. She was told she could not wait while the car was being checked. When she came back she was told that a spider has built a nest in the gas tank vent. A nest in the gas tank vent? First of all, the gas fumes would keep any spider's from even getting close to that vent. Does this service department think they leave the gas cap off when not using the car? To top it off they wanted to charge her $150.00 because "Spider Webs" are not covered under the Warranty. They were hoping for someone stupid enough to believe that and pay the $150.00, needless to say she wasn't! Now lets address that 'She was told she could not wait while the car.' They have awaiting room, do they not want anyone sitting in it? I my self was told two years ago when my KIA had a recall that I could not wait for the car. Believing them I took a bus home and got there just in time to hear the phone ringing telling me the car was ready. Then several months ago it took my KIA in for an oil change and again I was told I could not wait. When I said I was going to wait anyway they then said there were several oil changes ahead of me and it would take hours. Less than thirty minutes later they were done and I was on my way, what are they trying to prove by all this? Take better care of your customers KIA because this is what is stopping ME from trading in my 2011 SORENTO for a 2016, your service department!
