WOW! I'm impressed! Driving cross country Pennsylvania to Oregon, I experienced a break pad problem east of Champaign-Illinois in late afternoon. That Mercedes dealership doesn't service Sprinters. The nearest one that does; Isringhausen in Springfield; a hundred miles west. Service backlog at Isringhausen would have pushed a normal appointment out several weeks to February 4th. Learning I was on a cross-country trip, Isringhausen service diagnosed the probable cause over the phone, checked that they had the necessary sensors in house, told me to come in first thing the next morning, and had me back on the road within two hours. While awaiting my Sprinter, I overheard a tech explaining that Isringhausen had TWO cross-country travelers in the shop first thing this morning.
