I have never been to a better service department than JL Freed's. It is top notch and a pleasure to go there. At JL Freed's you are meet with a smile and alway in a positive attitude. They never try to over sell or pressure you into purchasing something you don't need. When I leave I have a good feeling about my car that's is in top notch condition. Even the other customers in the waiting room rave about the service. Let's face it you buy the car once but service it many times throughout it's life. I made the mistake of purchasing a different brand than Honda and I can say first hand their service is the pitts. PLEASE don't make the mistake I made. I regretted it from the first week I purchased it. I just wish JL Freed expanded to sell other brands than Honda. You are the best. More
