I have known of JD Motors for over several years now as a local car dealer in the area. After talking with Robert Layne, I found out they are 100% local and have been for over 13 years in the Austin area. The owner Joseph was a pleasure to talk to as well, because he wanted to get me into the right car and they didn't try to up-sell me which was a surprise. My salesmen Robert lane did an exceptional job explaining the process to me and making it by far my quickest purchase ever. I love my car and everything about it, haven’t had any maintenance issues all I’ve had to do was a oil change, and replace one tire, the normal ware and tare. I recently reached out to Robert Lane over at JD motors, and even tho I did business with them over ten months ago, he was prompt with getting back to me and very helpful. Buyer beware. JD Motors has an 'F' rating with the Better Business Bureau. They have received multiple complaints and have failed to respond. This is all outlined on the BBB website.
