He met w/ me and personally introduced me to Mel M. Mel took the baton and ran w/ it. He was extremely patient and never once pressured me (I believe he even missed his break and lunch to assist me and never complained). We ran into a little glitch near the end of my transaction/decision. You could see the genuine remorse in his eyes. He was even professional and man enough to sincerely apologize (that went a long ways w/ me). But, he then spoke to Adde and a couple other managers and, collectively, they made things right. Mel, Gary, and team, did everything necessary to put me at ease and feel as though I am a valued customer.
