Very Disappointed Leo Singleton, lied and said whatever he had to say to get me to come into JYD for a deal on a Jeep I was looking into. I called around 3:30pm he gave Leo Singleton, lied and said whatever he had to say to get me to come into JYD for a deal on a Jeep I was looking into. I called around 3:30pm he gave me a great qoute however when I went at 5pm it was an Entirely different. The environment made it worse, a group of young unprofessional men they were loud joking around, it was like a hangout spot. I will never go back to this place again. More

Mr. Taylor worked very hard to make sure everything would fall into place for me, was very respectful and helpful. I do not think many, if any, car dealerships out there would personally drive the car to you while you (the customer) gets to relax and fill out paperwork in the comfort of your own home. This was my first dealing with a leasing company and was feeling it was easier to pay higher prices from a dealer, than to deal with the stress. Made my Dream Come to Reality ! I was in an accident in the begnning of 2014 and my car was totalled and I did not know what to do. I went to JYD and they made me feel so comfortable. They sat down withh me and gave me all my options and together we choose the best option for me. They were very professional, curdious and fast. They took care of everything. I walked in on Thursday and Friday My New Red 2014 Hyundai Accent was ready for me. I felt like I was in a dream. I never thought that I could be so blessed.
