Gent did a wonderful job in the sales process. He helped us understand the different options, and even had a Q5 that was the exact color combination we wanted (but at a lower trim level) brought up so we us understand the different options, and even had a Q5 that was the exact color combination we wanted (but at a lower trim level) brought up so we could feel confident in our color choices. He then found the *exact* car we wanted and had it brought over within a week. The second best thing, beside Gent, was the fact that the entire finance and signing process took *literally* 28 minutes. That, followed by a quick (and equally wonderful) tech overview of the car, and we were on the road less than an hour from when we showed up to take delivery. I was coming out of a lease on a different vehicle from a different make and he made that lease return was as easy for me as possible as well. I kept my car parked at your dealership on Sunday and expected to return on Monday (today) to take the car to the other dealer and get a ride back to your dealership to get back to my new car. In order to make it that much easier on me, David offered to complete the lease return on my behalf. While I didn�t expect that, it was a major relief and had a feel as though he was willing to roll out the red carpet for this first time Audi buyer. More
