The experience has exceeded my expectations for multiple reasons. I met Marty Field last Saturday morning to pursue my interest in a specific 911 Carrera S car. Marty was responsive and walked me to the bu reasons. I met Marty Field last Saturday morning to pursue my interest in a specific 911 Carrera S car. Marty was responsive and walked me to the building that housed the car without any pressure and the car was under repair but exactly what I was looking for as a trade up from my 911. We then discussed a trade in for my 911 and again it was a pleasant and fair exchange with Marty as well as his Manager. We agreed on a price, even without a physical inspection of my car, if I agreed to purchase the car and pick it up on Monday March 1st. Marty made arrangements for the new 911 to be prepped and ready by Monday and introduced me to his son Noah. As a father, I understand the relationship to a son and it was unusual to observe his obvious pride in Noah's abilities to walk me through all the features of the new car. However, Noah not only did a terrific job, Marty followed up and called me the next day (his day off) to make sure I had no questions or issues with the car. Unfortunately, I detected a vibration noise and relayed this information to Marty. He arranged for me to bring the car in on the following morning where I met Service Advisor Cameron and the technician Ronny who took the car for a test drive, located the problem and resolved the issue. While waiting, I had an opportunity to follow up on an earlier prepaid maintenance service question that arose with Gil, and Marty arranged for Gur to answer my questions which resulted in my purchase of a prepaid service plan. Again Marty's introduction to Gur was very professional without pressure and he followed up to insure all my questions were answered and I was fully satisfied. Ok, this a long winded recounting as to why the dealership has exceeded my expectations. This was my fifth Porsche purchase and first at Jack Daniels and while I live about 75 miles from the dealership, I am confident the trip is worth the travel as all aspects of my experience have exceeded my expectations. Special kudos to Marty and his son Noah for their representation of Jack Daniels Porsche. More
