Not one greeting, not one "may I help you?" We are going to Atchinson Ford down the road. Hubby just got his bonus check and had been saving to get a brand new truck. Jack Demmer needs to train their sales floor people with Customer Service skills. You just lost a sale today. We will take our cash somewhere else. More

Used vehicle misrepresentation This was the worst car buying experience. I flew in to see a vehicle that I thought was going to be a 9 out of 10 for a used truck (because that was This was the worst car buying experience. I flew in to see a vehicle that I thought was going to be a 9 out of 10 for a used truck (because that was what was relayed to me) and it turned out to be closer to a 3! Dents in the vehicle, no tunnel cover, doors did not shut or align correctly, interior dash was cracked and glued...and not too mention, it smelled to be burning oil! This is a $21 thousand dollar buy!!! Not only did I waste an entire day to come see this vehicle, I flew there hoping to drive it home...I had to book a flight back. Not once did the used car general manager come out and apologize or talk to me. THE PEOPLE AT JACK DEMMER FORD ARE SHADY! More
