Experience with Service Department was horrible This may be an isolated incident, but I feel as though it is worth putting out there. I dropped my vehicle off for a warranty issue at 7am, in which This may be an isolated incident, but I feel as though it is worth putting out there. I dropped my vehicle off for a warranty issue at 7am, in which I told them that I needed to have it back by 1pm the following day. I stated that if they could not have it fixed in that time frame I would come back another day, they assured me that it would be completed by the next morning. I also stated that if it was not going to be completed to call me so I could make other arrangements and change my schedule. Well, at 11 am I called them for a status update in which the service person told me that it would not be completed until sometime between 4pm and 6pm. I asked him if he was planning on calling me to inform me of the change in time, he stated "well I was just going to call you when it was done". He also offered to rent me a car for a reasonable fee. All I wanted is for him to be up front with me on the time frame and situation. Overall, I feel as though they handle this situation very unprofessionally, and I am not sure if I will ever bring my vehicle there again. More

I feel as if my deal is incomplete. I'm disappointed with the service received during my deal. My fiance and I came in with preapproval. On the day of the deal all our salesman had to I'm disappointed with the service received during my deal. My fiance and I came in with preapproval. On the day of the deal all our salesman had to do was get the paperwork together because we brought him a $40,000 cashiers check for the purchase amount. Well all the paperwork was completed and we have the vehicle but 'm still waiting on a call back from our salesman because we were only issued one (1) key. I've called him and emailed but no response other than unfortunately we don't have another key. You would think that being this is a Ford dealership and that he didnt' have to do anything but let us test drive the truck (I knew what we wanted because I found it online) he could have had a key made for us in the service department. It's day 3 of owning our truck and after giving the dealership $40,000 we have to now spend $150 to get a key made that should have been provided during our sale. Very disappointed. More
