"Oil change and recall "

I purchased my Chevrolet new, from another dealership. I needed an option and they directed me to a third party for an aftermarket option. After doing my research, I discovered that the option was available and that Jack Maxton's staff could accommodate my need. Everyone I encountered was friendly and offered the time necessary to make sure I was educated before, during, and after the service happened. Took my truck in for electrical problems an transmission. I dropped it off at 8am they didn’t look at it till 3:30pm . I had a loner truck witch was good but it’s not the same as having your own truck. Then I discovered that the auto tec was driving my vehicle hard. Which I don’t appreciate, I don’t drive my vehicles that away. I was very upset about that. No explanation or apology was offered.
