Our family and I (including our 3 y/o daughter) went to the Dealership to look at a used ve Our salesman Brian Goss was professional, kind and honest! Our family and I (including our 3 y/o daughter) went to the Dealership to look at a used vehicle. Brian had the vehicle maintenance history and Carfax reports available within minutes on every vehicle we looked at. The vehicle prices are listed on the vehicle, I wish all dealerships did this! Once my wife found her dream car, it was time to haggle and get the best possible price! I researched every other Infinity QX56 within 200 miles. This was the cleanest and best priced QX56 on the market. Within a few offers and counter offers (less than 30 minutes) with including our trade-in, we were ready to move forward with financing. I couldn't believe the interest rate they were able to get us. Overall, we were in and out with our new vehicle in less than 3 hours! While my wife and I were discussing vehicles, Brian and the rest of the staff at Jackie Cooper Imports were entertaining our daughter, it was hilarious! Service costs!! Feel like a rip off for cost of service. $290 for oil change, and for a few more service items done for the 20k service-a whopping $790!!
