Yvonne Russell was very helpful. Very quick to greet, polite, & friendly service advisor. This was our first service since buying our certified pre-owned car. He covered what was included - we then mentioned per their standard policy that This was our first service since buying our certified pre-owned car. He covered what was included - we then mentioned per their standard policy that our first servicing was free with our contract and that additional service work was included. When we picked up the car I asked if he had updated our servicing booklet & he said they no longer do that since it's in their system...however he wasn't sure if other dealers out of state could see that. I believe he was new 🙂 as they must since Carfax knows... More
