I am finally ready to amend my original review. I have to say I am so incredibly disappointed with the way this dealership and LRJ as a company disregard their customers. After having MANY issues with my 2018 Evoque, starting while I was driving to Florida and my car being left in North Carolina for 3.5 weeks (they had no idea what was wrong with it) and continuing for many months after. I thought that just maybe my home dealership, where I spent my hard earned money, would help me, especially since the car spent more time there than in my possession. On the surface it looked like they would, but in the end hung me out to dry attempting to ride out my certified preowned warranty. Bravo, you wore me down and got exactly what you wanted. Such an incredibly disappointing experience.
